    A fantastic, high-quality apartment in a prime location—highly recommended!

    The apartment was incredibly clean, modern, and well-equipped with everything needed for a comfortable stay. The location is perfect—within walking distance to the beach, great restaurants, and shops. The host was very welcoming and helpful, ensuring a smooth check-in process.

    Everything was perfect, no complaints at all! (Or: Nothing to mention, we had a great stay.)

    Super zentrale Lage. Geräumige Wohnung.Fahrstuhl. Sehr nettes Personal bei der Apartmentverwaltung,hilfsbereit, bemüht, immer erreichbar.

    Verspätestes Einchecken da die Wohnung noch nicht bereit war.Nach 24stündiger Anreise und Wartezeit im Treppenhaus etwas lästig. Es fehlte Toilettenpapier, wahrscheinlich eine Ausnahme, in der Eile.des Putzens vergessen.Nachts war es leider auf der Straße sehr laut was für manch Einen störend sein kann.

    Overall we were disappointed with the access and condition of the rooms. Blocked drains and rotten floor boards included

    It was clean, spacious and light. Good to have a washing machine and dishwasher.

    Very difficult communicating with the owner regarding the city tax at the last minute and the depositing the funds. Shower drain was blocked making showering very difficult not to overflow the bathroom floor. Rotten floor boards entering the bathroom. Fans were inadequate trying to cool down the room on both day and night times. Access was difficult with narrow stairs with suitcases. We could use the lift some of the way
