Lovely place for exploring Amsterdam
It was a great location (check out the pastry shop nearby!) and the back deck was lovely. We were able to check in early which was very helpful with our flight timing. The sodas and beer in the fridge was a nice touch.
The only issue I noted was a build up of dust on the wall. A quick wipe down would be easy. Our place was at the top which involved climbing narrow, steep stairs. This is part of the charm of the old buildings in the area but should be noted for anyone who may struggle with the stairs.

We very much enjoyed our stay there, and would definitely consider staying there again.
Everything was ideal for our 3+ day trip. Edwin wasn't there when we arrived buy buzzed us in then stopped by to welcome us and answer any questions. There were suggestions on things to do and everything in the apartment worked well. They even have a bin of umbrellas by the front door, which (unfortunately) came in handy during our stay. The location was right near a metro stop, which made getting in and out of the city easy. We really didn't use the metro much otherwise as we preferred to walk most of the time. But it did come in handy during a rainy evening.
There really wasn't anything I didn't like. Visitors should be aware that if they are not on the ground floor there are very narrow stairs to get up and down, which did make getting the luggage up and down a little tricky. But that was not really a surprise given all that I was aware of in Amsterdam. So, I can't say I didn't like it. It is what it is and we made do.

Perfect location for exploring Amsterdam with lovely canal views
We were thrilled to find an apartment with a canal view within our budget. The space was quite large with a separate bedroom, living room with a pull-out sofa(with a surprisingly comfortable bed!), and kitchen. We were in the Coral Suite on the third floor. There was a small balcony off the bedroom overlooking the garden and a bay window in the living room overlooking the canal. The kitchen was handy for making basic meals and reheating leftovers. We stayed for a week and linens and towels were changed every few days. The location was incredibly convenient for wonderful canal walks, shops, and restaurants.
This is understandably a much older traditional Amsterdam building which was part of the charm, but some refreshing would have made it perfect. There was only one chair by the bay window overlooking the canal, which was the main highlight of the apartment. The kitchen was missing a few basic items.

Fantastic Accommodation in Amsterdam
The landlord was very friendly and welcoming, patient with us (we took the long route to the apartment, and he waited without complaining), and extremely generous to allow our son, who surprised us with a visit from London for 1 night with us, to stay with us without extra charge. The view from the apartment lounge/kitchen is stunning, the canal flowing past with boats, happy sounds, yet peaceful energy. We were welcomed with a free bottle of wine, as well as 2 beers. Comfortable beds, soft towels, spacious, colourful, very central location, and highly recommended.
The steep and narrow staircase can be challenging for anyone who has physical limitations. However, this is clearly and fairly stated in the booking advertisement, and we were able to be creative with our luggage up-and-down-the-stairs challenge.
