  Relaxing, comfortable, great location with amazing views and the added bonus of a hot tub

  The location was great and the views amazing. The accommodation was well thought-out and very comfortable. We were within 5 minutes walking distance of the train station, so we were able to get a train into Tenby - taking around 6 minutes, the train also goes beyond Tenby so you can travel further afield and the cost was reasonable. The beach is also a short walk away just beyond the train station and tide permitting you can walk along the beach into Tenby. We enjoyed the quietness and the location, the amazing views from the accommodation and the hot tubs a real added bonus. The hosts responded to our questions prior to our stay and provided some really good local knowledge and recommendations around places to visit and eat which was a lovely touch, and the fizz and Welsh Cakes were a lovely gift on arrival - thank you. If you are using taxi's or a take-away service as we did be very clear around the location given by the hosts as we encountered some challenges with getting our take-away delivery and taxi being able to find us. Although the positive is that this supports the lovely quiet location of the accommodation which is just what we wanted from our stay.

  The following views are personal choice and didn't distract from our stay, we would have preferred a small bottle of milk so that we could have made hot drinks as tea, coffee and sugar are provided. We also prefer pre-packed tea and coffee sachets (personal choice) however recognise these do hold a higher cost to provide. We also struggled to access the internet initially, until we realised that some of the power had been turned off on the trip board, once switched on the wifi was great (we used this to research the area more)

  Pest control issue and no co operation from host

  Nothing

  We had the most horrendous experience. After being met with a wasps nest at the front gate where the key was in the lock box, it was merely impossible to retrieve it with all of the wasps flying around. After contacting the property it was acknowledged that there was a pest control problem. Yet, despite me being allergic to such stings and so having to find another accommodation for the safety or myself, we were refused a refund. I think this level of hosting is appalling and lacks an element of human decency being prepared to put your guests at risk after them notifying you of the problem. I would never recommend anyone stay here and it’s disappointing that booking.com host such unsafe properties.

  fantastic view overlooking the golf course and out to Caldey Island

  Nothing but due to issues with internet connection in the area perhaps a sign at the bottom of the hill would help future visitors

  Das Apartment ist spektakulär gelegen mit einem fantastischen Blick über den Strand und in Richtung Tenby. Der Whirlpool ist traumhaft. Wir haben in jeden Tag genutzt. Die Zimmereinrichtung war sehr schön. Es wurde viel Wert auf die Details gelegt.

  Die Terrasse und der Balkon könnten ein bisschen besser gepflegt sein. Leider wenig Ablageflächen für die Kleidung.
