Very character-full property with lots of space.
The property was very central with a roomy living, dining and kitchen space. The double bedrooms were very comfortable and there were two bathrooms, a shower room and a downstairs toilet.
There were two tight winding staircases leading up to the first and second floors which needed to be taken carefully. It would also have been more useful to have another shower in the property.

Just need to pay attention to the small details - eg having sufficient bowls/plates for 6, bed side lights that work, spare pillows, ground floor hoovered

A charming alternative to soulless hotels.
Due to a cock-up on my part, I had to book a room quickly. I was concerned by some of the comments posted, but I am glad I ignored them. Cottage number 6 was charming. It was spotless and the location is wonderful. I regret that we did not have a longer stay.
Some street noise from the pubs but it was over before too late.
