    Brilliant facilities and great location.

Hot tub temperature wasnt as hot as id like by our 3rd night and the bubbles wouldn't come on.

    Lovely time

Great property, easy access for transport especially the buses. One small issue with the downstairs bed mattress cover was lumpy. Suggest not leaving the bath wooden mat on its side as one fell on a friends leg and she had a bad cut which took some skin off. Would definitely recommend

Perfect for us with great facilities.

We loved the quality of the amenities and the finish was exceptional.

A little maintenance required and dusty in places but overall it was perfect for our family trip.
