A whole annex for yourself, clean, comfortable, usable kitchen etc. Note that it is a bunk bed room, fulfills its purpose wonderfully. Quiet at night. Smooth process - check in any time. The town (Cotgrave) does have shops, and a 30min bus to Nottingham, but no problem if in a car. Price is fair given location and ordinariness of the street, good value for money given facilities.

Budget - ok for the price.
Pleasantly surprised to find milk in the 'fridge, and some food in the freezer, and many condiments. Microwave, Air-fryer, hob, kettle, etc etc. Overhead 'punkah' fan in sitting area. (Annex is divided Bed/sitting / bathroom). Good hot water supply.
Not happy with the Padlock & Chain to Fence access to a rather untidy side entrance to the property via rear door. TV only via internet - Netlix etc, with which I had some difficulty accessing at first. Flexible hose in shower rather grubby. Top window in bedroom not able to close.

Cosy, clean, had everything youd need!
It was a fab location for us, easy to park, had everything we needed and our host was lovely! We drove up on a super hot day and were broh super grateful for the water and lemonade left in the fridge for us 🙌 Also had a ceiling fan which was v welcome!
