Good location and services.
Nice pool. Access to pool at Premier Fort. Convenient location. Received text communication from host.
We had booked Apartment 49 and on day of arrival we were informed we were being moved to 119. From since reading reviews it appears this is a common occurrence. The shower tray was cracked which meant the bathroom floor flooded which is a health and safety issue. The WiFi in the apartment was not good. Host did not explain that we had access to pools at other site or simple services such as what to do with bins, what happens at checkout etc. Had to request more pillows as there wasn’t enough provided for 4 guests. Host had text to say we could check out at noon and cleaners would arrive at 10am. Cleaners arrived into apartment at 9.30am. Needs to be clearer information from host.
