    I had a wonderful stay! The property is very well connected by bus, making it easy to get to the city centre. The neighbourhood is absolutely lovely — quiet, peaceful, and very pleasant. Everything you could need is provided, even tea and other thoughtful little touches. You can really feel the kindness, care, and respect that the hosts have for their guests. Everything is very well organised and thoughtfully arranged. The bed is very comfortable, the shower is spacious, and the whole place has such a cosy and welcoming atmosphere. I really felt at home during my stay. I would definitely recommend this place to anyone looking for a comfortable, peaceful, and cosy stay!

    Perfect accommodation. Ideal as a base for exploring South Devon. Near to bus links to city centre and train station. Highly recommended.

    Excellent

    Room, Location, Facilities and from previous visits Owners are always able to answer queries quickly, Coffee was good and the Mugs are of a good size not Small and not cups.

    This time - I missed the England game unable to get on TV but that not a big problem and Netfilx, Prime etc was ok
