The location of the property.
Looks like the property hasn’t gone through a maintenance check. The light in toilet wasn’t working but the maintenance staff tried to fix it but the light bulb was jammed into the holder. One of the rooms did not have a heater - master bedroom. No firewood was supplied. Basic things like torch light, scissors were not supplied.
