    TLC needed

    I appreciated the quick response from the owner regarding replacing an aircon unit.

    Villa needs TLC. Garden furniture is old, table under shady area is flaked and legs about to collapse. Only 3 sunbeds for 6 occupancy. Beds uncomfortable, no hangers in wardrobes, not enough power supply for size of villa so continuesly tripped the power off. Villa floors had not been cleaned before arrival there were drink stains in the kitchen and down the stairs. The shared bathroom shower has tiles falling off wall and shower heads need replacing.

    Posizione residenziale, camere spaziose. 2 famiglie con 4 ragazzi siamo stati molto comodi in giardino, piscina, terrazza

    Un po di mancanza di manutenzione della piscina, c'erano mattonelle spezzate, mancanti e pericolose. Eravamo in 8 ma i bicchieri disponibili erano meno. Le luci esterne non hanno mai funzionato. Formiche in alcune camere.

    A Beautiful spacious Villa

    A beautiful villa in a lovely part of Benalmadena. The pool and garden area was lovely. There were plenty of places to relax. I really liked the separate section with the bedroom and kitchen downstairs. The area was peaceful with a bus stop close by as well as some quiet restaurants and a supermarket.

    It's about 3.5km from the beach and the lively area of the Marina in Benalmadena. However taxis were easy to get and reasonable. The electric power cut out a few times but the maintenance personnel showed us how to fix it so it was fine. Some tiles in the pool were missing.

    Una maravilla

    La instalación es fantástica, repetiría sin pensarlo. Muy cómoda y tranquilo

    Por poner un fallo, la piscina necesitan las baldosa que le faltan. Pero aún así me encantó
