    I prefer 9 out of 10 for group family tour.

    The best part what I like most of this house is swimming pool and very friendly owner. House is located in quiet place which is not too far from downtown. Near to 7 eleven. 1 big master bed room with 2 beds, 1 big room with 2 king bed and 1 more room with queen bed. 60%of beds provide with king bed mattress which is soft and comfy, I like that. All AC are in good condition. Provide plates, glasses, oven, rice cooker and washing machine. I prefer 9 out of 10 for group family tour. Thank you.

    If there have more water bottles, it would be perfect.

    AVOID AT ALL COSTS

    The swimming pool was the only decent thing about this property and the only thing that is ever cleaned!

    The property was very rundown and very dirty. The property had not been cleaned prior to our check in and obviously had not been cleaned for sometime. The fridge looked like it had never been cleaned and there were food items left in there from past guests. The lady who checked us in was a nice lady and said they not clean as it’s difficult to get in as other customers do not allow them in. However, this was no excuse for why property was not cleaned before our arrival. We only stayed 2 of the 7 nights paid for and despite our complaints the owners of the property refused any refund or partial refund. Multiple photos, including the cockroaches in the shower sent to booking.com and the review only allows 4 photos to be added.
