    Ideal für einen Kurztrip nach Köln.

    Die Lage des Apartments ist sehr gut. Die LanxessArena ist in wenigen Minuten zu Fuß erreichbar. Wir sind allerdings immer in die Innenstadt weitergelaufen. Günstige Parkplätze sind in Hülle und Fülle im Parkhaus der Köln Arkaden zu finden (Vorsicht: Tauben!) - nur einen Steinwurf entfernt. Verhungern kann man auch nicht, dafür sorgen die umliegenden Restaurants. Die Straße ist wahrscheinlich eher ruhig, bei unserem Besuch wurde allerdings gebaut. Alle Fragen wurden von der Vermieterin innerhalb kürzester Zeit beantwortet, wir wurden sehr gut versorgt. Sogar Kaffeekapseln fanden sich in der Küche.

    Das Schlafzimmer lässt sich gut lüften, das restliche Apartment leider nicht.

    Sehr sauber, aber laut und im Erdgeschoss.

    War auf jeden Fall sehr hochwertig. Allerdings sehr laut und an einer Baustelle. Für diesen Preis sehr unangenehm. Haus war sehr hellhörig.

    Sehr hellhöriges Haus, Unterkunft im Erdgeschoss, so dass alle vorbeigehenden Passanten und auch jeder Bewohner, der nach oben ging deutlich zu hören war. Sehr teuer für eine wirklich schlechte Lage. Zu der Zeit auch noch eine Baustelle - aufgerissene Straße - vor der Tür, so dass das Parken auch anspruchsvoll war.
