    E xceptional Service from Ivan at the Front Desk

    I had a wonderful stay at Privato Hotel Ortigas, and I’d especially like to commend Ivan from the Front Desk for his exceptional service. He was very warm, courteous, professional, and attentive throughout my stay. Ivan made the check-in process smooth and went above and beyond to make sure I felt welcomed and well taken care of. It’s employees like Ivan who truly make a hotel experience memorable. His excellent customer service and positive attitude are a great reflection of Privato Hotel Ortigas. I would definitely recommend this hotel and will be happy to stay here again!

    Exceptional stay and outstanding service!

    Our stay at the hotel was fantastic! The room was clean, comfortable, and well-maintained, with a relaxing and inviting atmosphere. Everything was neatly arranged, ensuring our stay was enjoyable and stress-free. I want to praise the staff for their outstanding service, particularly Sir Aaron, Sir Jan, and Ms. Christine. They were all friendly, accommodating, and attentive to our needs. Their professionalism and warm hospitality made a significant impact and made us feel appreciated as guests.
