    FUI SURPREENDIDO AGORA PELA MANHÃ COM A INFORMAÇÃO DE QUE A RESERVA NÃO INCLUÍA CAFÉ DA MANHÃ. CUIDADO PEGADINHA!!!!!!! ****ISTO É MAL AVISADO NA RESERVA**** PAGUEI R$ 411,00 pela reserva e se quisesse café da manhã teria adicional de R$ 110,00 por casal. *****ENFIM, O PREÇO REAL DA RESERVA É R$ 520,00***** PIOR, JÁ HAVIA ME HOSPEDADO OUTRAS VEZES E NUNCA HAVIA PASSADO POR ISSO. NÃO FICO MAIS NO PROMENADE. TEM OPÇÃO MAIS JUSTAS EM ITABORAÍ.

    Nossa reserva foi realizada para dois quartos, ambos com café da manhã incluído. No momento do check-in, o funcionário responsável confirmou expressamente que o café da manhã estava incluído na diária e, inclusive, nos informou o horário em que seria servido. No dia seguinte, após tomarmos o café da manhã, quando já estávamos saindo do local e entrando no elevador, fomos abordados por um funcionário terceirizado responsável pelo café, que nos informou que teríamos que efetuar o pagamento pelo café da manhã. Consideramos a situação bastante constrangedora, principalmente porque a informação recebida no check-in havia sido clara de que o café da manhã estava incluído na reserva. Dessa forma, solicitamos esclarecimentos sobre a cobrança e uma solução para o ocorrido, uma vez que seguimos exatamente as informações que nos foram fornecidas no momento do check-in.

    Da falta de profissionalismo dos colonizadores que realizaram nosso atendimento.

    Bom custo beneficio,

    É uma boa localização, quem for a trabalho poderá ficar lá sem problemas. E também é fácil achar vagas.

    O staff é confuso e lento. Se você não levar o cartão de crédito da reserva, terá problemas. E, se levar pet, tem que levar a carteira de vacinação, o que eles não avisam na descrição do ato da reserva.
