  Everything. Starting from the location which is away from the noise, no traffic, quiet neighborhood. The private beach is nice.. it costed 1000 leke or 10 euro for an umbrella and two parasols. There's also a bar, pizza, restaurant at thw beach. During the night they had an amazing light area with music. We stayed near the beach drinking coctail. The property is renovated and the room that we got was facing the sea directly. the room was clean and there's also a barbecue but we didn't use it because we didn't have time. Distance from the beach is like a minute. We got a cheap prices compared to other places in Saranda and it's perfect. I definitely recommend this place and we'll be back next month or next year

  It was good and definitely great value for the money we paid.

  The villa was very close to the beach. We liked that the rooms were spacious, equipped with air cons, we also had a shared barbecue area which was great. There was a parking space as well. The staff were very nice and the lady leaving on the first floor was really helpful and very nice with the kids. 🙂

  The wi-fi was very weak and did not work at all. Also, we were under the impression that we booked the whole villa, however, we were given 3 apartments and shared the villa with some other people. I think this could be highlighted on the booking.

  Room was spacious view from balcony was amazing facinng the sea..... Beach is close like 5 min away with foot...... Host was helpful and always there when we asked for recommendations..... Room was changed and cleaned as we requested... Overall we didn't stay much but it was a great experience

  The internet had problems but in the end they fixed it and had no issue. There is no elevator for last floor.

  We spent a lovely week in the apartment.

  Good location with nice view. Spacious rooms, nice balconies and a clean very nice beach 3 mins walk from the building.
