    Basically a good place to stay for Settle, especially for a larger family. Some limitations on self catering.

    Spacious, quiet, good parking, close to town centre, motion sensor lights, new decor areas

    Facilities for self catering were quite limited eg no salad bowl. My wife has food intolerances so we have to cook-in, hence our preference for better facilities

    Excellent!

    The photos for this house do not really do it justice. Great house to stay in as a group of friends on a walking weekend. Everything was great. Location superb, 5 minutes to market square and the station. Front room and dining room easily accommodated our group of 6 and the kitchen had all we needed for cooking in. Beds were configured for us pre arrival as we had 2 sets of singles in 2 rooms then the other 2 remained as doubles. Shower room on each bedroom floor was very well set up. I would highly recommend for any group wanting to stay in Settle.
