    Nel cuore di Protaras

Posizione perfetta. Vicino al mare e al centro. Ottima! Asciugamani a volontà doccia confortevole.

    Very good

Apartment is very well equipped, has everything one would need for longer stay. Communication with the staff was very professional, upfront we have received all necessary info, how to find it and how to get a key. Location superb - walking distance to the most beautiful beaches also to the center in the evening, and still quiet. Apartment is also very comfortable and large.

Pictures are a bit older vs current apartment condition. This can create unnecessary differences in expectations vs how apartment actually looks, although it is still charming. If refurbished a bit it would be one of the coolest to rent, as it has charm of seaside house.

The management company for this property is helpful and professional.

NOTE this is NOT a review of Protaras Central Sunrise, but of the property owner / managing agent, who gave us an upgrade to an (even) better villa (Villa Loulla), having responded very promptly and helpfully when we were let down by our initial booking (NEVER book Villa Pant Poly in Protaras).
