Beautiful family villa.
This was our first time staying in a villa as opposed to a hotel and we loved it. We especially loved the villa facilities - fantastically equipped kitchen! So much room inside the villa and a beautiful pool which the kids thoroughly enjoyed The outdoor area was brilliant, especially the patio area where we enjoyed shade and were able to sit comfortably while the children played in the pool. It was all very safe and not too deep either. Great location for walking into Protaras or Pernera. We liked how private the villa was, and how easy it was to keep our hire car there too. It felt just like a home from home. Svetlana was an incredible host. She was available when we needed her, she was so attentive and just lovely.
The air conditioning is on a timer and automatically turns off - this is a bit of a problem in the night when it's very hot in the summer. As far as we could see, there wasn't any way to keep it on. At the weekend it did get a bit noisy. As the villa is set back from a busy main road, there were people racing motorbikes on the road late into the night. This could have easily been bad luck or bad timing for us, however this wasn't a thing that ruined our holiday or stopped us sleeping and we would happily book again.

We had an amazing time and will definitely return.
Everything, lots of space with plenty of room for 6 people. Large garden also which was lovely. A great location with plenty of shops, bars and restaurants nearby.

Fantastic place, great location, facilities spot on and pool is great for young kids and adults.
Great location, great privacy, fantastic pool and great layout and very comfortable.
Could do with a better BBQ, but we made do with what they had just fine.
