I felt welcome and the staff were all very friendly.
Friendliness of the staff, comfort of the bed, spaciousness of the rooms.
The lounge bar and the sitting area in the room could have been a bit more cosy and the seats more comfy.

Room was lovely. Staff were very helpful, friendly, accomodating.
Wifi that required joining the weird Marriott system didn't work... The coffee in the room xould have been better. And more sugar. Shower door a bit of a leak.
