    Physically comfortable but not relaxing because of the above.

    I am an infrequent traveller and live up country. There were no instructions on how to use the safe and phone. When I asked reception for help they sent someone who did not understand what I wanted and caused me anxiety because they said his supervisor would come. That was 12 hours later.

    Good location for airport proximity but value for money is not balanced.

    Location is ideal for an overnight stay literally next door to the airport.

    For the rate USD 250, the room and hotel amenities are at the standard they should be.
