The lodge includes 9 kms gravel road, mostly in good condition. Suited to normal sedan motors, but not very low suspension cars like Mini Coopers, BMW's with low profile tires and similar.Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance.     Loved the location with the spectacular views and cycle/ hiking routes! Very peaceful and relaxing setup. We will definitely stay there again, would've loved to stay longer! Bed and pillows are of very good quality, there is enough towels for swimming and showering. All the kitchen and braai equipment is there. You just bring yourselves and clothes.

    Peaceful, enjoyable and relaxed.

    The views were spectacular. Very quiet environment. All necessary appliances. Good beds. Very helpful hostess. felt safe. Having the house serviced while we were there was an added bonus.

    House needs some maintenance, but as the views were superb, it did not bother us too much. Garden was a little neglected, i.e very dry grass. Had a couple of leaks in house. Some crockery needed to be replaced.

    Excellent experience in the heart of nature

    The nature and the views were breathtaking. Everything was above our expectations. It was very peaceful and the night sky was full of stars. Amanda was very nice and took great care of us! Would definitely visit again.
