  Sehr enttäuschend

  Das Personal und der Fakt, dass mir 250 Euro angerechnet wurden ohne dass ich es wusste. Das ist eine Frechheit. Ich wollte das Management erreichen und selbst das haben sie mir verweigert. Außerdem habe ich für ein Deluxe Zimmer gezahlt und nur ein classic bekommen.

  Stylisches Hotel für eine Nacht oder zwei

  Es gab einen feinen Cremant als Begrüßungsdrink. Das Hotel liegt einigermaßen zentral in West Berlin Nähe Kurfürstendamm und Olivaer Platz. Zur U-Bahn ist es auch nicht weit. Es ist stylisch ausgestattet und trotz Bar mit DJ und zentraler Lage war das Zimmer recht ruhig. Die Bar ist cool. Es lohnt, dort einen Absacker zu nehmen. Die Mitarbeiter sind freundlich und hilfsbereit.

  Es gibt keinen Kleiderschrank, nur 4 Bügel und eine Stange. Berlin lag am Ende eines mehrtägigen Trips und ich hatte einige Kleidungsstücke, die ich gern aufgehängt hätte. Das Bad war zwar sauber, aber die Duschkabine und die Armaturen waren sehr verkalkt. Das sah nicht schön aus. Die Beleuchtung am Bett war zu dunkel und die Schalter nicht selbsterklärend.

  Looks like the photos. Fun and sensuous hotel vibe. Not tacky.

  The hotel and décor were exactly as pictured, which was great. We arrived around 11pm after a long and exhausting journey, having been held up at customs for hours. The bar staff kindly managed to squeeze us in for a welcome drink just before closing, which was a much-appreciated gesture after such an arduous day. The following morning, the waiter at breakfast was an absolute delight. Warm, welcoming and genuinely attentive, he was honestly one of the best waiters I've encountered in a long time. His hospitality really stood out and made our stay all the more enjoyable.

  We originally booked the Deluxe Room specifically for the beautiful, oversized round bathtub featured in the photos. However, after payment had been taken, I double-checked and discovered that the bath wasn't actually included in the room we'd booked. The photos and room descriptions on Booking.com were rather misleading, which was disappointing, as the bathtub was one of the main reasons we chose the hotel. That said, the Deluxe Room itself was lovely, and the bath was actually spacious enough for two, so in the end we didn't feel we had missed out on the round one. We were also surprised to discover that room service was unavailable after a certain hour. Although it was nice to have a bar in the room, we couldn't request ice later in the evening. It would have made sense to either provide ice or have a fridge cold enough to keep the drinks properly chilled. Otherwise, having an in-room bar rather defeats the purpose. For a hotel of this standard, these are small details that could make a real difference to the guest experience.

  Schön, stilvoll, aber schmutzig.

  Das Personal war sehr freundlich.

  Nach dem Check-out wurde meine Karte ohne meine Zustimmung und ohne vorherige Autorisierung für angebliche Minibar-Kosten belastet. Trotz mehrfacher Versuche, die Situation zu klären, reagierte das Hotelmanagement schließlich nicht mehr auf meine Nachrichten. Daher war ich gezwungen, die Zahlung über meine Bank anzufechten. Sehr enttäuschend und absolut inakzeptabel. Ich werde dieses Hotel definitiv nicht wieder besuchen.
