Boa mas com demasiado barulho.
Proximidade do metro e praia. Comodidades do apartamento
Janela não fechava, torna-se muito barulhento. Solução dos tampões dos ouvidos é boa mas a janela deveria fechar.

Para pasar unos días y disfrutar de la playa de Ipanema
Lindo apartamento en muy buena ubicación. Bien equipado
La ventana en muy mala y no aisla de los ruidos de la calle. En el momento que estuvimos estaban arreglando el apartamento de al lado y construyendo en el terreno vecino por lo que le ruido era muy molesto. Nos avisaron de esto. Pero el día que las construcciones se terminen si no mejoran la aislación de la ventana se va a escuchar ruidos de la calle

Nice location, but very loud due to the construction site
The apartment is in a very nice location, good contact with the owner.
Be aware before booking! During the booking, it was not clearly stated that outside there is an ongoing construction site that will definitely take a lot of time to finish. The workers start heavy construction works at 7 am, so it's very loud in the room - the only windows there are facing the construction site. The message on booking was that there might be some disturbance and that the owners take care to make it less affecting the visitors, but it's far from reality. The window is not closing properly, so it is very loud, not there's any kind of attempt to minimize the noise (not that there's much to do, but at least leaving earplugs in the room would be good). The towels were dirty - especially the bathroom floor towel. The doors to the toilet are just a sliding door, so not much privacy.

Apartamento no coração de Ipanema
Excelente localização: perto da praia, de supermercados, restaurantes, bares e lojas. Segurança 24 horas. Bom ar condicionado. Disponibilidade do anfitrião. O apartamento tem o essencial para se passarem uns dias com conforto.
Das obras que decorrem de ambos os lados do prédio e causam barulho de manhã cedo.Contudo, fomos avisados quando da marcação. Apartamento bom para 2 pessoas. Embora tenha sofá -cama, torna-se apertado para 3 pessoas.
