    Nice and comfortable place for our outstation families to get together for a weekend.

    Location is convenient for food and shopping. Shopping mall is nearby. Environment is nice and chill. Security guards are helpful.

    Big Family Gathering with elderly & young children

    • Strategic location, convenience to reach nearby places hunting for foods or shopping. • Swimming pools with toilet facilities are clean & easy to access. However, there are some went into the pool without following the attire as requested. • Good living hall spaces for large group gatherings. • Good size of the dining table that can sit on a big group. • Easy check-in & check-out process. • Easy-to-reach & responsive accommodation staffs. • 3 car parking spaces allocated for the unit.

    • Water pressure in the unit is not stable, especially for showers after 6:30am. • The shower room in the master bedroom is not working. One the room door is malfunctioning, which could be easily locked that frightening kids. • Cracked walls in the building. • Swimming attires should be compulsory for all going into the pools, as stated in the rules mounted on the wall. • There are a lot of plaster bagworms (Phereoeca uterella) on the wall in bedrooms that cause skin itches on children in the house. • The bed in the master bedroom is sagging and not comfortably. • Security staff on the entrance could be put on more smiling faces when greeting or meeting, but not just showing annoying faces. • Oven is not functioning. • Gas stove is not functioning. • Broken furniture should be repair/removed.

    Condition is above standard in good value!

    Good view in simple design, big balcony with sunshine in the morning, spacious for 6-8 pax. Clean, quiet aircon, bedsheet and linens are comfortable, good water pressure when in use at the same time. Many eateries around the neighborhood.

    Two rooms are connected with sharing bathroom, not convenient for 2 singles. Some mattresses a bit sunken in the middle, only one induction cooker can use for light cooking even there are two gas cookers but no gas. Parking lot up and down turn lane are very narrow and not easy for mini van like Starex to drive through.
