    The place needs a good clean

    The location, facilities and wifi

    The property needs a deep clean. There was a bad smell in the house and fridge. Food left under carpets and the sofa had not been cleaned in a long time. We bought items to help mask the smells and that helped. The vacuum cleaner needs replacing as the battery doesn’t hold charge.

    The cottage was beautiful and very clean. Location was good and easy to find. At the quiet end of the bay but we like that. We had good communication with Anthony. The beach is lovely and the coastal walks very good.

    I didnt like that we couldn't use the pool during our stay. It was a last minute booking but having the pool was one of the reasons we booked. I think if we knew that you needed to book atime slot at least a week in advance of your stay we may have chosen a different site. We did try to book but there wasno time slots for weeks. I wish was clearer prior to paying for accomodation. That said we made the most of our stay.

    Lovely mini break

    The cottage was clean, comfortable and had everything we needed. The site was pristine, and both Filey and Bridlington were in easy reach. We enjoyed using the on site indoor pool.
