    We ended up relaxing and having a good time amid the mix up of the selected rooms.

    The location is big, there are a lot of restaurants on site and the beach is lovely along with the beach club. Great service.

    Puerta Cortes is made up of 3 different areas, Lumina, Vistamar and Colinas. Our reservation was specifically for Vistamar and we ended up getting assigned to colinas, the house we got was okay but it was not what we booked and we didn't have access to a swimming pool since the one from colinas was out of service. They did try to make it up by providing us with a golf cart since everything is not in walking distance.

    It was incredible place to stay!

    The size of the unit was amazing, it was clean, beautiful and loved the view. The people were amazing, the food was amazing. I loved that we were able to use Indigo’s pool.

    There wasn’t any shower gel and conditioner in the main bathroom, but since the 3rd bathroom wasn’t being used, I switched it out. There should be more staff to give people rides and more open window time to call for rides. The food at Indigo took 1 hour to receive, my wings were ice cold. Salad was wilted.

    Was a nice room but construction started working at 7am supper loud next to us and couldn’t sleep. Wish their was ameni

    Rooms were big

    Need to ask for a ride every time and when asking for help kinda felt like I had to beg the staff for it

    NADA ME GUSTO. OLOR A CLOACA PERMANENTE EN LA HABITACION, Y ALREDEDORES, CARENTE DE SERVICIOS EL COMPLEJO. DEPTO VIEJO, DECORADO MUY FEO Y OSCURO, NADA QUE VER CON LAS FOTOS, ELASTICOS DEL COLCHON VENCIDOS. CARISIMO POR EL SERVICIO. LO UNICO BUENO LA VISTA AL MAR, SOLO VISTA.

    NO ME GUSTO NADA. NO VOLVERIA
