  Un desastre en la atención

  Es amplio, se encuentra bien ubicado y es muy cómodo

  Hay daños en el apartamento, te hacen hacer el check-in, firmar un contrato y pagar un depósito un día antes. Lo hicimos y no nos enviaron la información completa para poder ingresar al edificio, cómo había protestas en la plaza, llegamos con maletas en un momento de tensión y no respondían, dan un número de WhatsApp que no contestan y cuando por fin contestaron, su respuesta es que estaban analizando el problema sin brindarnos la información para ingresar al apartamento, a las 3-4 horas escribieron para darnos la opción de una llave. Pésimo servicio, ellos mismos no cumplen el contrato, pero igual no te van a responder.

  Emplacement exceptionnel

  Emplacement exceptionnel, sur la place Puerta del sol, le métro au pied de l'appartement. L'appartement est agréable et au calme car situé à l'arrière et au 4eme étage.

  Deux chambres ne sont pas très grandes. L'absence de verrou dans la salle de bain.

  Bad! Simply lack of care or concern.

  We were genuinely disappointed with the condition of the house. The only positive aspect was the location, but that should never make up for the lack of care and maintenance of the property itself: * The electrical installations on the upper floor were dangerous, with loose wires. * Most of the electrical outlets did not work (they had been blocked). * The pots and pans did not work on the kitchen hob. Only after checking all of them did we realize that only two were suitable for that hob; none of the others worked. We were a family of eight, including three children, so you can imagine how difficult it was for us to cook. Above all, this problem could have been easily avoided by simply removing the unsuitable cookware or, at the very least, informing guests in advance. * The sofa was in terrible condition and was broken. We requested to add one more person to the booking, who was supposed to sleep on the sofa. In addition to charging an unreasonable amount for this extra guest, the sofa was broken and the bed had not even been prepared. This shows a serious lack of care and attention. * The walls were poorly painted, with paint stains, and there was dust along the skirting boards. * The kitchen floor next to the refrigerator was damaged. * The shower tray on the ground floor was cracked. * The bathroom was not properly cleaned (only the area around the waste bin had been cleaned), and the shower gel was almost empty. Honestly, I cannot understand how you can leave these conditions for a family with three children. * The door was not secure, as the door handle was about to come loose. * These are just some of the issues, but I believe the owners of the house know exactly what I am referring to. Overall, considering the price being charged, we found the condition of the house unacceptable, and our review of the accommodation is extremely negative. However, it is particularly disappointing because all of these issues could have been easily resolved.
