Beautiful apartment, shame about the cockroaches
Lovely big apartment and sensational views! Great location. Lots of inside and out.
I had cockroaches in my ensuite, this was disturbing and unsettling. Because of this I barely slept, feeling that they were in the bed. Despite closing the bathroom door, they are able to go under the gap in the door, so a rolled up towel was the only answer. Even then, though, I was uncomfortable and not convinced they were confined to the bathroom. Despite reporting this to the agent, who referred it to the manager, I heard nothing from management. No-one made any kind of apology.

Not happy: with staff nor how long it took to check in
Great location. Nice apartment. Good beds
Hate to say it, but ............. FIRST, we had to wait in the hot sun for 30+ minutes for someone to let us in the apartment SECOND, communications between apartment & me were sketchy, at best THIRD, my wife went to pull down the shade in our room as soon as we arrived. The whole thing came crashing down on her from about 15 feet high, causing injury FOURTH - and WORST OF ALL - they tried to pin the blame on my 60+ year old wife ripping a shade from out of the ceiling, and said they would charge us for the repair. After texting back what all happened, as well as my wife going to the doctor for a swollen hand from the blind crashing down on her, they backed off. But they never said anything like "We understand, You will not be charged" Horrible way to start the Seville portion of our trip
