    The swimming pool and grounds were well kept. It was a great location for pourto Banus, the beachand San Pedro.

    The apartment needs updating. Bathroom needs attention.It looks good in the pictures but it is very basic. There were no hangers on arrival, we asked for some and they brought then. The towels were very basic, not even a matching set. Basic cleaning products.One toilet paper. The apartment was very dark , minimal light and towards the end the air conditioning starting dripping water I contacted them no support came.

    Overall, while the location is likely the reason for the higher prices in the area, the property’s condition, facilities

    What I liked about the property was its location, which was quite convenient. It was only a short walk to the beach and approximately 20 minutes on foot from the main area of Puerto Banús. The lounge was also spacious, providing plenty of room.

    What I didn’t like about the property was that it was not particularly well equipped for a self-catering stay. Only half a toilet roll was provided on arrival, so I had to purchase additional supplies myself. There was only one towel provided per person for the duration of the stay, which meant I had to buy extra towels and washing products. No cleaning supplies were provided, so these also had to be purchased separately. The air conditioning was not working properly, making the apartment uncomfortable at times. There also appeared to be issues with the electrics, and we were unable to get the TV remote to work. The apartment itself felt very tired, dated, and in need of refurbishment. The swimming pool was also disappointing, as it did not look anything like the photographs used in the listing and was not as appealing as expected.

    Location was really good

    The property was unclean and smelt of damp. Results in me returning with a rash that required medical attention.
