    Lovely, Clean & Great Location

    Martin’s apartment was just what we were looking for , great location, good value & clean. We really enjoyed the balcony , which had 2 lounge style chairs /table , also 2 beach chairs & umbrella, looking into the garden , quiet & peaceful. Appreciated the bank of 3 pin sockets on the work desk also usb ports on the bed head. Great large smart Tv , plenty of hangers in the wardrobe. Stayed 12 nights so used the €4washer & €4dryer in the basement. Martin was quick to reply to messages & helpful.

    Check in is 3pm , which we knew & is expected, we went at 12.30 as thought we could leave cases at reception, unfortunately not as it’s a private apartment. Great cafe next door (Seahorses) to sit at while waiting so all good.

    The location was great and the room was well furnished with a good size balcony

    Internet signal was lost.by the pool. Good tv but could have been improved with access to English channels

    Great.

    Great location with access to beaches and marina Puerto. Lovely walks and not far from Arroyo de la miel.

    The balcony overlooks a grassy area, but does not get the afternoon sun.
