    Spacious 2 bed, 2 bath apartment with a beautiful view by the river walk.

    The view from the room was beautiful! The room was spacious and comfortable, and the beds were great. The location is perfect, with restaurants and coffee shops close by as well as the river walk area. Everything was within walking distance, good food, beauty, and family attractions.

    We would have preferred to complete the registration for the room before we arrived. We arrived after a long trip and were required to stand outside the building with our suitcases until we completed a long registration form. After completing the registration, we could complete the payment with a separate link. Then with the receipt of payment, the guard finally let us into the building. There was plenty of room inside the foyer of the building for us to have completed all these steps inside. Or, we could have completed the steps before arrival. This system should be updated. I don't know if that is a breakdown in communication with Booking.com or something else.

    Pague por una suite con vista al río y me dieron otra que no tenía esa vista. Adicional, reclame y no respondieron a tiempo, buscaron darme una excusa que no funcionaba el aire después que estuve 2 noches en la habitación. Hasta el día de hoy me reembolsan la diferencia.
