    Belo apartamento, ma administração

    O apartamento em si e otimo. Espaçoso, bem equipado, uma varanda enorme, camas confortáveis, tudo de bom. O defeito é nao ter secador de cabelo.

    A administração, por empresa, é falha. Nao dão as informações necessárias, tivemos problemas com acesso a garagem e ate com o boiler ( que estava fora da tomada). Fora a questão do lixo, que também nao informam direito. Tem q levar pros conteiners da rua. A TV nunca conseguimos acessar.

    Eine tolle Wohnung mit zwei Schlafzimmern, zwei Bädern, Küche Wohnzimmer und einer schönen Terrasse. Die Betten sind bequem, die Küche ist gut ausgestattet. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Gegend - Strand, Geschäfte und Freizeit Möglichkeiten (z. B. Tennis) sind fußläufig erreichbar.

    Leider ist die Wohnung schlecht isoliert. Während unseres Aufenthaltes war es sehr windig und der Wind zog sogar durch die Rollläden Kästen durch.
