A peaceful retreat with stunning views—we can’t wait to come back!
The property was beautiful, warm, and very well maintained. The peaceful surroundings and breathtaking lake views made it the perfect place to relax. We enjoyed the hot tub as the weather was perfect. Kids had amazing time watching movies in big screen. Projector upstairs was so easy to use. They had a guest account already set up . It felt like a home away from home.
Nothing at all. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay.

Dispute Regarding Cleaning Fee. I recently received your message regarding an **additional cleaning fee** after my stay at Holiday house from Bachcare but booked by booking.com However, I would like to express my concern and disagreement with this charge. As shown in the attached photos, the room was left in a generally **clean and reasonable condition**, with only a few small pieces of rubbish (such as a candy wrapper and some tissues). I believe this falls well within the **normal usage expectations** for a guest. This does not constitute excessive mess or damage, and does not warrant an extra professional cleaning fee. As they mention they need professional cleaning. when I receive the email it says [on your day of departure, please ensure that you leave the property as you found it in a clean and tidy condition with all dishes washed and put away.] So I did clean and tidy dishes and washed and put away. But when they ask me Dispute Regarding Cleaning Fee their email says [terms & conditions 7.3.8 you will keep the Property and all furniture, utensils, equipment, fixtures and fittings in or on the property in the same state of repair condition] As I mentioned, It is different from the email I received before my stay. In such cases, charging extra cleaning fees is non sense and should not be done. I already emailed Chris - Bachcare Resolutions Team about this. but he told me they may charge a professional cleaning fee. In general, professional cleaning is carpets to be cleaned of food damage or serious contamination of dirt. not such as, picking up waste paper or snack bags or towels from the floor.

Great stay and a great view
This property is centrally located but with no neighbors so you can enjoy the view in silence. Loved the volleyball net and the garden for kids to enjoy themselves in. The hot tub was perfect and we also made use of the outdoor and indoor fires. They have a weber bbq which is outside but there are weatherproof blinds and heaters to keep you warm. Fire wood was provided. Loved the fully equipped kitchen (with sharp knives!). They have a projector screen with Apple tv which is situated upstairs so you can enjoy a glass of wine by the downstairs indoor fireplace while kids watch tv upstairs. Will be back.
