  Thank you Philip, Riza, Tommy for a wonderful stay at your home :) The room is spacious and well-equipped, the place has its own flair with all the colourful paints and artworks. The location is also situated within a local village, where one can also find good bakso and a quiet beach.

  The location is further away from the other tourist spots, but this can be a plus point to some travelers if you are looking for something a little off the beaten path.

  Probably the best place to stay on Pulau Weh.

  Philip is a perfect host: he knows when to offer help and when to give you peace. He has a pool, a great nearby beach and a friendly village. The location is up a short steep road from the coastal road, with stunning views of coconut canopy, ocean, and Banda Aceh in the distance. Breakfast and excellent dinners are offered at good rates, excellent quality scooters for the best prices. The bungalows have large comfortable beds, terraces with drying racks, table, chairs and great views, and en-suite bathrooms with good pressure. Very quiet and peaceful; four bungalows and one family unit with kitchen.

  There were a few ants. No hot water, but cool showers were great. The electric power went out a few times. It’s just the local village but with a scooter or taxi the entire island is within 30 minutes.

  A genuine, nontouristic, family experience in comfortable surroundings at a very good price. Highly recommended.

  Very peaceful and quiet. A whole private bungalow at a very good price, with a lovely view over the trees and across the water to neighboring islands. Good ac and functional wifi. Swimming pool and covered patio for hanging out. The owners are very friendly and helpful and they create a real family atmosphere. Excellent and varied food, and can even get a beer in an area where it’s not easy to find.

  Not the most convenient location for exploring the island, so you need to either rent a vehicle or have someone take you places (which is what I did). Not a lot of shops and restaurants nearby. But it was so nice just being there, and Philippe’s son drove me up to Ipoih when I wanted to go snorkeling.

  Un excelente lugar donde descansar. Tanto Jeanphi, como Rizza y Marley harán lo posible por que te sientas como en casa. Respetaron mucha nuestra privacidad. Hubo una comunicación muy buena desde el primer día. Pueden rentar scooter aquí también. No sé pierdan de probar sus comidas que son exquisitas!

  We had a very peaceful stay at Coco Jungle. Our hosts were very knowledgeable and accommodating. They have a beautiful variety of nature to enjoy on the grounds including some beautiful flowers, and there are several delicious meal options available for vegetarians! 😋 The pool and club house add to the relaxing atmosphere, and our hosts were very kind. Also, the beach is less then a 10 minute walk from Coco Jungle. We look forward to staying again very soon!
