    Great room, location, but lacking in professionalism

    Location, Room and free parking

    Lack of attention: no coffee, no milk, no corkscrew etc. We also had a dispute about a room upgrade. It was obvious at checkout there was a plan! Stern faces, not listening. I’ll stay outside of the city next time
