Fantastisch
Wir waren sehr begeistert, die Lage war sehr zentral, man kann alles schnell zu Fuß erreichen, das Personal war in allen Bereichen sehr, sehr freundlich und hat uns immer mit einem Lächeln empfangen. Das Frühstück ist wirklich aussergewöhnlich, es lässt keine Wünsche offen, wir haben uns immer auf das Frühstück gefreut, so lecker war es. Vom Restaurant, welches auf dem Rooftop gelegen und mit einem Pool ausgestattet ist, hat man eine herrliche Aussicht über die Stadt. Das Essen war fantastisch. Bei unserem nächsten Montpellierbesuch kommen wir auf jeden Fall wieder.

Great base for exploring surrounding villages, towns and beaches!
We really enjoyed our three night stay at the Pullman. I was very mindful when booking, to get the location right, as a friend mentioned they had stayed in completely the wrong area. Well this was perfect, once I got used to doing the shortcut through the (actually very nice and clean) carpark to the town centre - everything was close and convenient. Staff super kind and helpful, great room and both indoor and outdoor swimming pool. We’d definitely stay again next time we’re in Montpellier.
We liked everything about this hotel. We didn’t eat here though, so can’t comment on food.

Das Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis stimmt leider nicht
Positiv hervorzuheben ist der ausgesprochen freundliche und hilfsbereite Mitarbeiter an der Rezeption, der den Gesamteindruck deutlich verbessert hat. Insgesamt bleibt das Hotel deutlich hinter den Erwartungen zurück, die sein Preisniveau weckt
Im Badezimmer läuft das Wasser schlecht ab. Die separate Toilette ohne Bidet ist wenig komfortabel. Besonders problematisch: Bei Betätigung der Toilettenspülung fällt der Kaltwasserdruck im Bad plötzlich ab, sodass das Wasser schlagartig sehr heiß wird. Die Badewannenarmatur ist zudem ungünstig platziert und von außen schwer zu bedienen. Das Zimmer wirkt übermöbliert und wenig durchdacht. Trotz zahlreicher Leuchten ist es zu dunkel, während die Lichtquellen auf Augenhöhe blenden und beim Fernsehen stören. Das TV-Angebot besteht überwiegend aus Nachrichtensendern – bei diesem Preis hätte ich mehr Vielfalt erwartet. Der Lärm der vorbeifahrenden Straßenbahn störte den Schlaf. Das Frühstück ist qualitativ gut, rechtfertigt aber seinen Preis kaum – insbesondere angesichts der zahlreichen Cafés und Bäckereien in nur fünf Gehminuten Entfernung.
