    Peaceful sanctuary in Luang Prabang

    We had a great peaceful stay at Pullman. It felt like a sanctuary just outside the city, which we were very happy about. The staff were great as well! Great breakfast, shuttle service offered to go to the city and come back. We had a very relaxing stay!

    Beautiful rooms in picturesque setting.

    We spent three lovely nights in September. Staff are welcoming and kind. The setting is tranquil. The rooms are beautiful and the beds are comfortable. Swimming in the pool was magical. The coffee is excellent and the food is solid.

    These are all improvements that management and executives can make. The staff were delightful and very helpful. The resort is well out of town and the shuttle to town doesn't start until 11AM, getting you into town at 11:30AM. The resort charges $80 for a private car to Kuang Si falls. It is easy to hire a private van in town for less than half that. They charge separately for driver services and in cash only. The season was just beginning therefore the grounds were just beginning to be properly maintained.

    Great stay

    Very big facilities with a lot of natural surroundings. Staff was really nice specially David and Nina who were always keen to assist.

    We have an issue first day with a big spider in the room, however after reporting they were super concerned about it and upgraded us to a better room which was really nice.
