Большой отель, ориентирован на семьи с детьми. Время от времени не хватало шезлонгов, столов на завтраке. Но если у вас маленькие дети, они точно будут счастливы. Детский бассейн, анимация и классная детская комната. Но все то для детей до 7 лет. Старше будет уже неинтересно.
Персонал не говорит практически по английски. Невозможно заказать еду в номер или записаться куда-то. Просто Беда. Для международной сети - это вызывает дискомфорт.

Disappointing- not worth the money .
Breakfast. Even though some days it was extremely crowded.
Hygiene / room keeping: room dirty; especially carpet where we found alive bugs. We have all been bitten by bed bugs (certified by doctor). Shower didn’t work properly:the diverter switch between the overhead shower and the handheld shower didn’t work, so water came out from both at the same time and we couldn’t control it. Smell of cigarette smoke and garlic in the shower one night. We wrote to the staff but they never came to check. Slow responses from staff. Slide area dirty and one pool not accessible even though it was high season. Not worth the money .
