    The Pullman Paris was in a great location, the rooms are old and run down, they have also charged me 3 times for the same booking and I have tried contacting them multiple times to resolve but not response.

    Incredible location. Excellent staff. Beautiful.

    Bathrooms getting a bit tired. Slightly slow service at reception and restaurant.

    Pequeno almoço muito variado e bom. E de uma vista fantástica para a torre Eiffel,mas para isso paguei bem , mas não me arrependo

    falta de profissionalismo nos funcionários quer na zona do pequeno almoço quer na recepção!! O quarto, para um hotel 4 estrelas ao lado da torre Eiffel, começa a ser necessário uma remodelação, pois havia já aspectos bastantes visíveis de falta de Manutenção!
