  연인, 가족 모두가 가기 좋은 숙소

  조식 메뉴 일부가 조금씩 바뀌었고 괜찮았습니다. 수영장도 크고 놀기 좋았구요. 외에도 레스토랑, 피트니스센터 등의 부대시설도 깔끔했습니다. 푸꾸옥에 다시 여행간다면 재방문 의사 있습니다.

  룸 공기나 침구가 살짝 꿉꿉한 느낌이 있었으나 냄새는 나지 않았습니다. 덥고 습한 동남아 지역의 어쩔 수 없는 부분이라 생각합니다.

  had a very disappointing experience at Pullman Phu Quoc that seriously affected our stay. Yesterday evening, I walked into the hotel with my girlfriend when a staff member named Kiet made a comment in Vietnamese about my girlfriend being fat\. As I am Vietnamese myself and understand the Vietnamese language, I clearly understood what was said. This was not a misunderstanding based on a language barrier. I found the comment extremely inappropriate, disrespectful, and unacceptable, especially in a hotel that is supposed to provide guests with a welcoming and respectful environment. The comment deeply hurt my girlfriend, and she spent the entire night crying because of what happened. I raised this issue with the hotel staff multiple times, hoping that the situation would be taken seriously and handled with understanding and professionalism. Unfortunately, during my final conversation with the manager, after reviewing the CCTV footage, he denied that the comment had been made. He explained that, according to the staff, they had been talking about something else and not about my girlfriend. What disappointed me most was not only the disrespectful comment itself, but also the way my complaint was handle.. I felt unheard and as though I was being made out to be a liar, despite clearly understanding the language and knowing what I had heard. I understand that CCTV footage can show what happened visually, but it cannot necessarily confirm what was said in a conversatio. Given that I speak and understand Vietnamese, I expected the management to take my complaint seriously, listen to my side of the story, and show empathy rather than dismissing the incident based on the staff’s explanation. No guest should have to feel humiliated or disrespected in a hotel, and no guest should feel ignored or discredited when reporting such an incident. This experience has significantly affected our impression of Pullman Phu Quoc.

  Great place to relax and ease of location to visit sunset town or the north of the island for the safari zoo

  Excellent property, facilities, beach access and big pool. Good Food Options and breakfast was very good and many options available.

  Guaranteed check in time of 3pm was not available. While only a half hour delay, the hotel shuttle bus did pick us up from the airport at 1:30pm so the hotel knew when we would be arriving which was disappointing.

  Het verblijf hier was echt fantastisch! Zulke goede service, ze hebben gratis shuttle service van en naar het vliegveld, maar ook naar enkele andere plekken. Bij het ontbijt had ik echt keuzestress, bij het zoveel lekkere eten. Het personeel is uiterst vriendelijk. De kamer is heel mooi en luxe. Een fantastisch hotel om een paar dagen aan het zwembad bij te komen na een rondreis op het vasteland.
