From 1st January 2023, a tourist tax of RM 10 per room per night is applied to all foreign guests. This tax is not included in the room rate and must be paid upon check-in. Guests with a valid Malaysian Identity Card or valid permanent residents MY PR Card are exempted. Please be informed that PULSE Grande Hotel Putrajaya is currently undergoing enhancement work at the Grand Garden Pavilion (GGP) Hall to introduce a new Glasshouse facility. The redevelopment project involves demolition and landscaping activities, which may be visible within the vicinity. The renovation work will be carried out with minimal disruption to our guests. All hotel services and facilities will continue to operate as usual. We assure you that necessary safety measures are in place during this period. Guests are required to show a photo ID and credit card upon check-in. Please note that all Special Requests are subject to availability and additional charges may apply. If you require an invoice when booking a prepaid rate, write this and your company details in the Special Requests box. Please inform of your expected arrival time in advance. You can use the Special Requests box when booking, or contact the property directly using the contact details in your confirmation. Guests under the age of 18 can only check in with a parent or official guardian. A deposit may be required at the property.
