  Brilliant location, lovely apartment and wonderful hosts.

  We loved our stay at Punat 1. Our hosts, Asja and Niko, were wonderful. Asja was so helpful in pointing me towards a local gym where I could book one-off sessions, while Niko met us off the ferry, took us to the apartment and showed us around. Shortly afterwards, he delivered some delicious welcome cakes made by Asja. The apartment is in a brilliant location - just a short walk from the ferry terminal, bakery, supermarket and main gate to the city walls, as well as some lovely, tucked-away swimming spots on the rocks. It was also equipped with everything we needed for cooking and washing, and we had great views from two of the windows - one over the city wall gate and the other across the bakery to the marina. Korčula has so many lovely spots to explore, and Punat 1 was a wonderful base for enjoying it.

  Place had plenty of space, an was fully equipped. We had the most relaxing 4 days in Korcula.

  Everything! Niko met us at Ferry and was very welcoming. The apartment is set up meticulously, with everything we needed. Centrally located to Old Town, harbour and marina. Highly recommend.

  Absolutely perfect location, fabulous apartment, and wonderful hosts.

  The location of the property is outstanding, right next to the harbour, old town entrance, promenade, with an ice creme parlour, bakery, pharmacy, bike hire and post office 20 steps away. The apartment itself is very large, perfectly furnished, has even a kitchen and dining area, great amenities, including a washing machine, shampoos and soap, and, most importantly, the owners are absolutely kind and caring.
