    Disappointing

    The location was central and the beach was across the road. We were walking distance to lots of good places to eat and Coolangatta shopping. The unit was spacious and was stocked with everything we needed to begin our holiday. We also had a planned visit to the John Flynn hospital which was only a few minutes drive away.

    Although the unit was spacious it lacked any personality. There was no view from inside as the wall blocked it unless you were outside on the large deck. It was unfortunately too windy to spend any time there. The cleaning wasn't done very well. The car park was very small and difficult to park in. We are sports lovers and would have liked to watch the Test Cricket, but there was no access to Kayo and so we needed to watch on iphones using WiFi. General phone reception was very poor especially from the bedrooms. We would not rush back.

    Watching the whales from balcony, location from shops. Great bus service outside door. The North Kirra surf club is excellent, and most convenient.

    Very noisy street during the day. Tea coffee and milk were very stingy considering the rental price. Unfortunately a building is currently being erected behind the apartments, the bedroom end, as a result there is some early wake up noise.

    Perfect location,views from the balcony were spectacular. Excellent location close to the beach and shops.

    There was some mould in the shower.
