Cet hôtel est absolument parfait. Où que l’on regarde, tout est magnifique. Mention spéciale à la superbe piscine à débordement. Le personnel est incroyablement accueillant, attentionné et prévenant. Le rapport qualité-prix est exceptionnel. Beaucoup de choses offertes : boisson de bienvenue, massage, thé et accompagnements... Large choix de boissons, cocktails et plats à un prix très raisonnable. Nous avons opté pour le bain fleuri : il était parfumé, relaxant et absolument magnifique. Le massage offert était également fantastique, avec une praticienne très attentive à nos besoins. Le cadre, entouré d’une végétation luxuriante et bercé par le doux bruit de l’eau qui s’écoule, était tout simplement incroyable. L’un des meilleurs hôtels dans lesquels nous ayons jamais séjourné !
Wifi aléatoire dans notre chambre mais peu importe car ce n'était pas notre priorité et on a la 5G.

Havuzu güzeldi çalışanlar güler yüzlü fakat check in sırasında yemediğimiz bir şey için ekstra ücret istediler resepsiyonda. Ve o gün rahatsız olmama rağmen neredeyse yarım saat boyunca bekledik. Birbirleri ile haberleşmeleri anlaşmaları bile zor. Kahvaltı damak tadımıza hitap etmedi biraz aç kaldık. Çaydan kıl çıktı ve iştahım tamamen kaçtı. Ama hasta olduğumuzda bir beyefendi bize yardımcı oldu doktora götürdü bunun için minnettarız💫 spa hayatımda yaptırdığım en kötü masajdı. Türkiye’de daha iyisini yapıyorlar üzgünüm

We had a wonderful time here! Fantastic on every level: the beautiful location ; friendly and attentive staff; the delicious food ; the Infinity pool; and the cultural activities, such as the guided walk through the traditional village of Sebatu. The yoga classes were very beautiful too. Special thanks to Nanis and Ella for their kindness and care 🤍🌸 The only caveat would be if one gives delicate clothing to the laundry service, it isn't the hotel stafff who do the laundry but rather an external laundry service. Other than that, easily one of the best hotels we've stayed in Bali! :)
