    Im wesentlichen kann man sagen, die Lage ist top, die Sauberkeit ebenfalls. Die Ausstattung ist ausreichend. Inwiefern die Kritiken bezüglich nicht funktionierender Klimaanlage und/oder Heizung von meinen Vormieter:Innen zutreffend ist, kann ich nicht beurteilen, da wir Anfang Oktober weder das eine noch das andere brauchten. Auf meine Anfrage hinsichtlich Wifi bekam ich prompt eine Antwort per WhatsApp. Die Beschreibung für den Zugang zur Wohnung und zur Garage per Video war "idiotensicher". Alles in allem eine gute Unterkunft, wenn man tagsüber unterwegs ist.

    Es wäre gut, nicht funktionierende Glühlampen auszutauschen, bevor neue Mieter einziehen.

    Authentic house with dignity. Excellent facilities and equipments. Perfect place for a family or a group of friends. Good location nearby the Alhambra palace.
