We have been to over forty countries and stayed at some pretty fancy hotels. This Puro was without doubt the best hotel we have every stayed in. Why? Well it was elegant in a mid-centuiry modern way and also brand new. But those proved to be superficial. It was the staff that made our experience. You see on the second day of our trip my wife fell and broke her shoulder and required surgery. I'm 80 and she's 78 and neither of us speak a word of Polish. The Puro staff was our interface that made it possible to eventually get home safely with a new shoulder. We are profoundly grateful.

Great stay! Clean and well designed rooms, excellent breakfast, and friendly staff! The pastries were also a highlight. We will stay again when we are in Warsaw.
