    A work in progress, hopefully...

The location works for being in Dayton Beach. The facility is okay. The room is useful.

The dehumidifier drones loudly and incessantly. The transom window in the front allows the very bright outside hallway light to blast into the room like a spotlight. The toaster was broken. They're are no outlets near the bed. There is no lamp, just overhead lights. It's a work in progress.

I would recommend to friends & family that this is a great place to stay

There was no breakfast on the premises... The location was great(over looking the ocean) Very comfortable, clean

My ONLY complaint is that the Dehumidifier(a necessary component) was noisy.
