    Lovely stay, delicious breakfast and great hospitality, but difficult to get around without a car.

    We had a lovely stay and really enjoyed the breakfast. The accommodation was comfortable, and the hospitality was excellent. We would happily recommend this place and would love to stay again. Thank you for making our stay so enjoyable! Lincoln is about 3 miles away. There is a lovely canal walk that takes around 40 minutes to reach Lincoln. An Uber costs approximately £12. A car is needed to get around easily.

    I realised that staying here without a car can be difficult because there are no buses serving the area.

    All in all - was very nice and yes I would stay again.

    Breakfast was very nice - though the coffee wasnt. This could have been a preferential thing though so we changed to capuccinos.

    Arriving in the dark - We couldnt see the signs so some additional lighting would have been nice.
