    The facilities was new and good for the value of money Water pumping was great , hair dryer, and clean towels Welcoming with samples of tea and anise , water The room size is perfect

    The noise everywhere at the street early morning and the floor There is no elevator, so you cannot go up to have breakfast every day at the sixth floor, and there is no breakfast service in the rooms. The breakfast samples are small and not enough for one person

    Outstanding Hotel, team and service

    Everything. All staff members are brilliant from the porter to the reception team to the cleaning staff to the breakfast lady. They all were very welcoming, gave directions and advice and followed up on any issue raised or question asked..etc. 2 brilliant staff i must mention: Hussain and Tarek but the rest are wonderful as well. Tarek arranged my Giza Pyramids tour which was amazing. The view from the roof is spectacular. My room was brand new and the bathroom was 2nd to none.
