  Gute Qualität mit leichten Abstrichen

  Das Essen war meist sehr gut, vor allem die Desserts waren sehr lecker und vielfältig. Die Mastersuite war sehr geräumig (über 100 qm!). Die abendlichen Vorführungen waren von hoher Qualität und abwechslungsreich.

  Die Zimmer hatten schon bauliche Mängel (Schiefer Schreibtisch, schräg eingehängte Tür zum Bad) und waren nicht ganz sauber, die Polstermöbel fleckig. Der Strandabschnitt ist für die Menge an Gästen nicht sehr breit und war entsprechend voll.

  Particularly enjoyed the central snack 'bar'. The hotel was very comfortable & spacious albeit a little far to walk at times. Food was good thank you- just a little too much the same, if there for an extended stay. Perhaps more variety in the salads & vegetarian options. Other than that, very good stay. Thank you 🙏🏝️🤩

  From the moment we arrived, the staff made us feel so welcome. Everyone was incredibly friendly, attentive, and genuinely cared about making sure we had a great time. The level of service throughout our entire stay was truly top-notch. A very special mention goes to the hotel manager Sayed El Zeny, who went above and beyond for us. Their dedicated attention and incredible hospitality made our stay even better than we could have ever expected. It's rare to see a management team so genuinely invested in their guests' happiness. Great people here...

  The facilities are very nice, including the pool and the beach, although some of the rooms could use a bit of maintenance. Other than that, the staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. The reception and other areas are great.

  Not the best

  We stayed in the renovated rooms and it was average

  1) The towels in the room were not clean 2) The reception is not connected to facilities inside the hotel like the spa, so you have to go by yourself to whatever facility you need 3) The staff don't don't give you the full information 4) You have to go super early for the breakfast to find everything, they have something called late breakfast from 10.30-11.30(the receptionist didn't tell us that its called late breakfast) when we went to the restaurant we found that late breakfast is leftover bread and croissant and cheese, the next day we went earlier and not everything was there and while leaving we discovered that there is a different outside station for Egyptian food which was never communicated 5) There are renovations happening and there are workers everywhere wondering around which is not comfortable nor safe
